Match analysis: Manchester United vs Chelsea

Manchester United vs Chelsea used to be the biggest match in English Football when moguls, Sir Alex Fergusson and Jose Mourinho used to coach them. But now it’s nowhere near to what it was before, they are not even the title contenders and they are no more giants in Europe as well.

But still the match matters a lot when it comes to a place in Champions League and both teams will be looking to maintain their place in the European football. The Red Devils will be hosting Blues both teams had a mix start this season but it seems as United is improving day by day especially when they thrashed Newcastle United in their last PL fixture. Chelsea also have been decent but are currently 8th in the table bagging only 8 points from 5 matches.

Possible Line-Ups

Manchester United possible starting lineup:

De Gea, L. Shaw, Maguire, Lindlelof, Wan-Bissaka, Fred, Pogba, James, Fernandes, Mata, Rashford

Chelsea possible starting lineup:
Arrizabalaga, Azpilicueta, Christensen, Zouma, Chilwell, Jorginho, Kante, Pulisic, Havertz, Mount, Werner

Anothony Martial will be out for United after being sent-off against Spurs, while Baily is also out with an injury. Maguire also didn’t play in the last match for United so you might see them playing with three defenders.

Ole’s job is in danger as United has been leaking easy goals for a while now on the other hand, Lampard somehow has managed to develop a decent team keeping in mind the resources he has and he is utilizing the young blood very well.

Chelsea’s new additions, Werner just need one match to settle himself in Chelsea and he will be the man to watch.

Blues will be taking an easy win home while United will struggle. So if you want to make good money sitting home you should place your money on Chelsea.
