Arsenal appoint Sanllehi 'head of football' as Gazidis joins AC Milan

Sanllehi has been named ‘head of football’ for the Gunners, while 
Venkatesham becomes managing director. Gazidis joined Arsenal in 2008 but leaves after being offered a £1million pay rise.
